Refunds are available only before the delivery of the initial logo concepts.
Once initial concepts are delivered, refunds are not guaranteed.
If you cancel within 24 hours of placing an order, you may be eligible for a full refund (before work has started).
If you have approved the initial logo design or requested revisions.
If you fail to provide project details, requirements, or timely feedback.
If services were completed as per package details.
For change of mind after delivery.
In certain cases, partial refunds may be considered if:
Significant delays occur due to our fault.
Delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications and no revision request is made.
Each package includes revisions as stated.
Requests beyond the included revision limits may require additional payment.
You may cancel your order before design work has begun for a full refund.
Cancellations after work has started will be subject to review.
